I graduated with a Masters in Astrophysics from the University of Edinburgh in 2024. My main research interest right now are extragalactic astronomy, particularly supermassive black holes and their emission across the electromagnetic spectrum, while my industrial interests are on astronomical catalogue upkeep, telescope engineering, and orbital debris modelling.
For my Masters Thesis I identified hidden supermassive black holes by performing data analysis on a large number of X-ray point sources.
In another work, I studied algae and bacterial flocculation using chitosan, an organic polymer made up of shrimp/crab exoskeletons.
Layman summaries and scientific reports for both of these projects are available on this website.
